When it comes to 4 letter names for girls, my favorites include Leah, Anna and Sara. Mainly because I love short girl names with Hebrew origins. Anna and Sara also remind me of how symmetrical a specific name can be when it is four letters only. It is a lot more visually attractive that way.

If it is unique girl names that you are on the hunt for, you will certainly find some great options in this list.
